Q. How long after I order can I expect my item to be delivered?
A. All orders received before 12.00pm will be despatched same day, for orders after that time item will be despatched next day.

Q. What if they do not fit or my child cannot wear item?
A. If they are returned in state they left and within ten days a full refund will be given.

Q. What is different about your product?
A. Each product has a unique selling point which you will find in the description area of said product.

Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay using PayPal or most debit or credit cards.

Q. Do you gather feedback from your customers?

Q. Can we come to premises if we want to see what we are buying?
A. We sell mostly online although you can visit our premises but would advise you to telephone or email

Q. I will have my child with me, is it noisy or have anything that might upset them?
A. We try to be as child friendly as we can, it is a quiet atmosphere and we do have some items like
colouring in books. In fact, we encourage you to bring your children as they are much more likely to be
receptive to something they feel they had a say in choosing.

Q. Do you only do sensory clothing for children on spectrum?
A. Our clothing would suit all children and we can even do them a slogan t-shirt or some other design.

Q. Will you be adding more products to your shop?
A. We will as we are constantly updating and coming up with assorted designs. Again, we encourage
you to let us know if there is something that you would like to see in shop.
